Monedero corazón

Hi everyone.

Si hay algo que todo el mundo necesita es un monedero. Hasta hace poco esta frase era innegablemente cierta pero últimamente ya no es así. Las circunstancias han cambiado y la suma de diversos factores han hecho que los monederos ya no resulten imprescindibles. Pero siguen siendo tan monos que es difícil renunciar a ellos. Hay infinidad de modelos por todas partes, en las tiendas, en internet... solo hay que buscar un poquito para encontrar inspiración.

Something everybody needs is a purse. Not so long ago this sentence was undeniable but not lately. circumstances have changed and several elements joined to make purses not so essential. But they are still so cute it's difficult to give up. There are plenty of versions everywhere, shops, internet... You just have to look around a bit to find some inspiration.

Supongo que esa es la razón de que me sigan encargando distintas versiones. Sin duda con el que más éxito he tenido es el monedero con amapola. Ya sea con el diseño original o modificaciones a la gente le encanta. El de hoy es una versión. Cuando mi amiga decidió que quería uno me preguntó si podía cambiar la flor por un corazón o un trébol. Sonaba a reto, ¿verdad? Y tod@s sabemos lo que opino de los retos.

I guess that's the reason people keep on asking for different models. Undoubtedly the more succesful one is the poppy purse. No matter if it is with the original design or modified people love it. The one I'm showing today is a version. When my friend told me she wanted one she asked me if it was possible to change the flower ans use a heart or a clover. It sounded like a challenge, right? And you know what I think of challenges.

Así que, que después de trastear un poco con diferentes combinaciones de puntos éste es el resultado.

So, after spinning plates for a while with different combinations of stitches this is the result.

La misma base, distinta decoración a gusto de quien lo encarga. Os pongo un detalle del corazón.

Uno de mis muchos vicios son los botones. Reconozco que no soy capaz de resistirme cuando veo botoncitos decorativos en alguna mercería y éstos del corazón no fueron una excepción. Además, en este caso como podéis ver he hecho los pespuntes de unión de la boquilla en rojo, para que haga juego con el botón.

I have many vices and buttons are just one of them. I must confess I cannot resist when I find little fancy buttons in a notions store or haberdashery (wherever you're reading from) and these ones heart-shaped were no exception. Besides, for this purse you can see I did the sewing with red thread to match the button.
